Since I began working as a consultant in the scaffolding industry, I’ve had many requests to put together my own management training programme.
So I’ve created DM7 – a unique training course for junior, senior and black hat managers. The course uses my five decades of experience as a scaffolding contractor – from the tools to a CEO position – to teach my seven central principles of management

The principles in DM7 have all come from practical, on-the-job experience. I have never been on a management training course, so everything you learn is from my personal experience. Essentially, I’ve made lots of mistakes so you don’t have to!
Every course is delivered in your business, in person, by me. It’s available as two half-days, or a single full day, and there’s plenty of opportunity to asking questions and think about your own management style as we go along.
